The Opportunity

Mana Talent is partnering with an established Irish HVAC service and maintenance business that is expanding its Dublin operation.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager or a strong Senior HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

You will take day-to-day responsibility for an established service engineering team, ensuring that reactive work and planned maintenance are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a growing Dublin operation, work closely with senior management and influence how the service team develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Dublin service engineering team
• Manage the delivery of reactive service calls and planned preventative maintenance
• Support engineers with technical problems and customer escalations
• Coordinate workloads, priorities, resources and customer requirements
• Maintain strong standards of customer communication and service delivery
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Work closely with service coordinators, planners and support teams
• Support quotations, contract delivery and commercial performance
• Help recruit, onboard, develop and retain service engineers
• Build strong working relationships with commercial and industrial customers
• Work directly with senior management to grow and improve the Dublin service operation

About You

You may already be working as an HVAC, Air Conditioning or Refrigeration Service Manager, Field Service Manager or Service Supervisor.

Alternatively, you may be a Senior HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer who already mentors colleagues, handles technical escalations and is ready to move into management.

You should bring:

• Strong hands-on experience within HVAC, air conditioning or refrigeration service
• Experience delivering reactive maintenance and planned maintenance
• The technical credibility to support and guide experienced engineers
• Strong organisational and workload-management skills
• The ability to communicate confidently with engineers, customers and senior management
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to technical and operational problems
• A genuine interest in developing people and improving team performance
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of quotations, contracts and customer expectations

Previous formal management experience is an advantage, but it is not essential for the right Senior Engineer. Management training, development and support will be provided.
